Hi there! My name is Rich. I’m the founder of Sprouted Rock. I worked in tech for several years before deciding to move into the classroom. I taught high school computer science, and college web design. These days I have shifted my focus to web design for small businesses. I hold a MA in Interaction Design.

It’s certainly not a requirement but I like projects that have an educational, social, or artistic component to them. Leveraging technology for creative purposes is something that I gravitate towards time and time again. I designed an award-winning thesis project featuring a tiny home filled with enchanted objects, devised fun gaming and coding projects for my students, and explored the creative limits of web applications.

I hope to use that same flow of imagination to build you an attractive and functional web presence.
